20010 Summer Outdoor Art Shows –Saturday, September 4th
The Saco Bay Artists have scheduled an outdoor art show for Saturday, September 5th from 9AM to 4PM on the Ocean Park Library lawn on Temple Avenue between West Grand and Seaside Avenues.
You will be assigned a specific space on the lawn. If you desire a particular space, please note your preference at the bottom of the application in the “ Special Requests” section and efforts will be made to accommodate you. Plan to arrive early as parking is limited and plan to stay until 4PM. A parking pass will be provided the morning of the show.
Artists must supply their own displays which must be placed facing in, two feet from your closest neighbor’s spot. Any tent and/or display cannot exceed 10 X 10 feet unless additional space is rented. All artists are to stay in their assigned spaces and if their displays exceed these specifications they will be asked to immediately change their display to fit. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to the relationship we have with the Ocean Park Association we ask that no paintings of nudes be displayed. All work that is shown must be original works of fine art and not infringe on the copyright of others. NO CRAFTS ALLOWED! Saco Bay Artists has a right to refuse any work not following the above guidelines. Reproductions of your originals are allowed and encouraged.
To be certain of a space to display your artwork in this summer show, please return the bottom portion of this application with your check payable to The Saco Bay Artists. If you would like a confirmation mailed to you, you must enclose a self-addressed and stamped envelope.

Entry Fee for Members $ 50.00 Non-members $ 80.00
Non-members must be juried in and may send 3 to 5 examples of your works along with the application to the address below. Late comers will be juried on site by 3 members of the Saco Bay Artists. Money will refunded if not excepted. Entry fees are for each artist participating in the show, regardless of whether one shares a tent or has their own tent. NO artist may display work at the show without registering, being juried into the show, and paying the entry fee. If it is found there are artists who did not register and are selling work at the shows they will be asked to leave."

In consideration of the acceptance of this application, the exhibitor agrees that any artwork shall be displayed at the sole risk of said exhibitor and said exhibitor shall be responsible for his or her activities and those of his or her representatives and shall hold Saco Bay Artists, Ocean Park Association, and the town of Old Orchard Beach, Maine harmless for any and all claims for damages or injuries to persons or property, real and personal, which shall arise out of or be connected with any above mentioned show dates. Show dates are rain or shine and are non-refundable.
I have read and understand the guidelines for the Saco Bay Artists outdoor shows and agree to abide by them.
